Christmas & New Year Delivery Information
To help you plan your orders over the festive period, we’ve outlined our Christmas delivery cut-off dates and January restart below. All delivery dates are subject to stock availability and local demand.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Dates
- Last delivery before Christmas: 23rd December
- Deliveries resume: 2nd January
Orders placed close to the cut-off are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Christmas & New Year Order Processing
Orders placed on 23rd December: Any orders placed on the 23rd December will be securely processed and queued for delivery when our transport services resume in the New Year.
Orders placed after 23rd December: Any orders placed after this date will not be processed until we return to full operation on Friday 2nd January.
Once processing resumes, deliveries will be scheduled in order of receipt, subject to stock availability and local route capacity.

Christmas & New Year Branch Opening Times
Our branch opening times will change over the festive period. While delivery services pause, some branches may operate reduced counter and collection hours.
- Last full working day: Monday 22nd December
- Christmas closure period: 24th December – 1st January
- Reopening date: Friday 2nd January

Stock Availability & Order Priority
During December we experience extremely high demand across building, landscaping and trade supplies. To ensure fair access:
- Stock is allocated live at point of order
- Confirmed orders are prioritised by delivery date
- Payment confirmation secures allocation
- Large or bulk orders may be split into multiple deliveries if required
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, our team will contact you immediately with suitable alternatives or revised delivery options.
January 2026 Delivery Restart
Deliveries will officially restart from 3rd January. Orders placed over the Christmas period will be processed in order of receipt once our transport schedule resumes.
This ensures:
- Fair allocation of January stock
- Clear delivery scheduling
- Minimal disruption to ongoing projects
Trade Accounts & Priority Customers
Trade account customers with regular scheduled deliveries may retain priority access to certain vehicle slots in December. Please speak to your account manager or local branch for guidance.

Your order will be scheduled for the earliest available January delivery slot, starting from 2nd January.
